NDIS and ECEI
All of our therapists are able to provide services for participants of the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) and Early Childhood Early Intervention (ECEI) funding schemes who are self managed or plan managed.
We are also able to provide assistance for families who are applying for this funding.

Medicare
All of our therapists have Medicare provider numbers and accept Medicare care plans from your General Practitioner. These plans allows a rebate of $55.10 from Medicare for up to 5 therapy services provided to your child every 12 months.
If the care plan paperwork is presented on the day of the appointment or prior to, you will only be out of pocket your gap fee for the appointment.

Private Health
On the spot private health rebates are available through HICAPS for services with all of our Physiotherapists. Your rebate is dependent on your level of cover and whether you have Physiotherapy Extras cover. You will need to speak with your health fund in order to confirm this. We can provide the specific item numbers and costs for all services on request, which will allow your health fund provider to advise you on your exact out of pocket cost. Alternatively, if you are available to pop in to the clinic, our administrative team are able to run a quote on your health care card to advise of your expected out of pocket costs for services.
Our Physiotherapists are preferred providers with multiple health funds including Bupa, NIB & HCF. This means you will receive the maximum rebate for Physiotherapy services at our clinics. Some levels of cover with Bupa and HCF may even cover the entire cost for Physiotherapy for children.
Fees
All new patients are required to have an initial consultation. The cost of therapy consultations is dependent on type of service, the duration of the service and where the service takes place (clinic, pool, home or school).
Our fees are consistent with those recommended by NDIS and the health funds.
